Improvements and fixes

This update fixes the following issue:

SharePoint Server 2013 is unable to crawl external sites that block HTTP 1.0 request. In this case, SharePoint Server 2013 would receive 403 HTTP response code from external sites. This update will enable SharePoint Server 2013 to crawl such external sites by sending HTTP 1.1 request instead of HTTP 1.0 request.
