Consider the following scenario:
- You have an Exchange Server 2016 environment that has parent and child domains.
- Exchange Server is installed in the root domain.
- A user in a child domain logs in to Outlook Web Access (OWA).
In this scenario when the user accesses OWA Voice mail options (OWA -> Options -> General -> Voice mail -> Notifications), they receive the following error message:
There was a problem loading your options. Please try again.
Note This error occurs for the following options:
Outlook Voice Access
Play on Phone
Voice Mail Preview
This issue happens because the ViewEntireForest parameter is not set to True when some Unified Messaging cmdlets are initialized.
