Symptoms
Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and 2017 Analysis Services (Multidimensional model). When you create a subcube, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:
Internal error: An unexpected error occurred (file FileName, line LineNumber, function FunctionName).
Additionally, a dump file is generated by SQL Server.
