A country-specific update is available for Brazil for NFe 4.0 NT2016 and NT2017 in Microsoft Dynamics AX

Introduction


A country specific update is available for Brazilian localization in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 20209 SP1 to attend the changes introduced by the following technical notes:

  • NT2016_003, version 1.30.
  • NT2016_002, version 1.41, 1.40, 1.31 and 1.30. 
  • NT2017_001, version 1.0 and 1.1
  • NT2017_002, version 1.0

Setup


Before to start issuing NFe layout version 4.0, some additional configurations and data preparation is required to avoid rejections in government tax authority environment.

Group B. Fiscal document identification

  • Removed the <indPAG> tag.
  • Added new value 5: In person outside of fiscal establishment in Presence type field in the following forms. Present type is reported in the <IndPres> tag.
    • Customer > Customer details
    • Sales order > Header view
    • Free text invoice > Header view

Benefit code identification by UF when applied to item/goods

To setup this attribute, use the following option

General ledger > Setup > Sales tax  > Benefit code per Item/State, to introduce the related tax adjustment that represents the benefit codes

Tax adjustment should be created in Fiscal books under Setup > tax adjustments > ICMS and ICMS-ST tax adjustment and after this configuration is completed, the process of generating Nfe 4.0 verifies the criteria established above and complete the information of <cBenef> tag with the adjustment code defined 

Examples:

SP40080100 (for SP fiscal establishment) or

RJ40080100 (For RJ fiscal establishment)
