Symptoms


When a team-call group member answers your work calls on your behalf in a Microsoft Skype for Business client, you don't receive any notification email messages. You expect to receive a notification message that resembles the following:

For Skype for Business Server 2015, install the July 2018 cumulative update 6.0.9319.534, Front End Server and Edge Server.

For Lync Server 2013, install the July 2018 cumulative update 5.0.8308.1001, Front End Server and Edge Server.
