Partner Center Overview

Partner Center (PC) is a web-based enrollment system for the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN). Individuals associated to the organization will also use the PC Dashboard to manage their membership and associated benefits.

Partner Center ( that started through our CSP program is evolving to become the place where partners maintain their entire relationship with Microsoft and will eventually replace the Partner Membership Central (PMC) portal ( This includes existing capabilities, such as MPN programs, competencies and benefits as well as new capabilities such as the referrals engine, where based on the competencies and profiles you maintain, customers will be directed to your named contact points or incentives management.

More Information

1. To access and navigate the PC portal, please go to and sign in using your work account e-mail address (e.g.:


2. After successfully Signing In with your work account, access your Dashboard.


3. Once in the Partner Center Dashboard, you can verify the status of your account as follows:

a.) check the beginning of the renewal period for your organization by going to the Membership offers tab in Partner Center:

b.) check the progress towards meeting the Competency requirements by going to the Competencies tab. In the same tab, you can check the current Competency membership level.


4. Also, it would be useful for the following actions to be taken:

• Take a tour of your dashboard by clicking the Take Tour in the bottom of the Overview Page whenever you access your Partner Center account.
