This article provides steps on how to download earning details from Partner Center.
Open Partner Center Dashboard in an in-private browser.
Login with your AAD account (company account), or, the appropriate email in which the incentive role was assigned to.
Multiple domains can be registered within one AAD account. Please work with your Global Admin to determine which domains are associated.
If you are only able to login with @onmicrosoft.com domain, please work with your account admin to add additional domains to the AAD account.
If prompted to select ‘Work or school account’ vs ‘Personal Account’, select ‘Work or school account’.
If you have the ‘Incentive admin’ or ‘Incentive user’ role, you should be able to navigate to ‘Incentives’.
Click on the money icon on the top navigation bar within Partner Center and select Transaction history.
Select Payment ID from the filter option on the right side of the page.
This will allow you to select a payment ID or type in the payment ID to filter. (Note: The payment ID can be found on your bank statement and should be the last 10 digits of the payment reference. Example: INCENT.CLDSOL.18P01.123456.1234567.6789123456)
Once you have filtered for the payment ID, click the Start download button.
Then, click Export data to navigate to page to see the status of your report. Note, the status will show Queued. You will need to refresh the page until the status has changed to completed.
Once the status has changed to completed, you can click Download and follow the prompts to export the detailed transactions report. Note: Please refresh the page if the status is not updated within 5 mins.
