This article provides details about the different views in Partner Center and information to help understand why there may be discrepancies in each of the views.
Earnings can be viewed through Transaction history or Payments in Partner Center by clicking on the money icon from the navigation bar in Partner Center.
IMPORTANT: Monthly earning amounts in the Transaction history view may not align with the payment amount received for a specific month. This is due to recalculations and adjustments for prior earning periods which are applied to future payments.
For example, an adjustment for January 2019 earnings that was processed in September 2019 will not reflect in the earnings amount for September 2019; however, when the payment for September 2019 is received, it will include the adjustment for January 2019 that was applied in September.
In this scenario, you would need to download the transaction details to get a complete view of all earnings included in your payment. See Payments section of this article.
This view allows you to view earning and payment trends by month, earnings by status, and transaction details along with the payment status for each transaction. Note: data is only visible for the programs and MPN ID’s that you have been assigned an incentive user or admin role. All details in this view are presented in USD.
Use the filters to customize the view.
You can also use the preset filters for dates or select a custom date range.
The amounts shown in the trend chart on this page indicate what was paid and earned for the program(s) and month(s) selected.
This view allows you to view payments for all programs and MPN ID’s. Note: data is only visible for the programs and MPN ID’s that you have been assigned an incentive user or admin role. From this view, you can download remittance or view transaction details by payment. All payment details in this view are presented in USD.
Use the filters to customize the view. Note: filters only apply to graphics and the list of payments and do not apply to payment information at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the List of Payments section to view payment information by line which includes earning and payment amounts in local currency.
Click on ‘Payment remittance’ to download a remittance letter or click ‘View’ to open a new tab and see transaction level detail for a specific payment.
To export transaction details to excel, click Start download and then click Export data. Note: all selected filters will be applied to the exported data.
Once the status has changed to completed, you can click Download and follow the prompts to export the detailed transactions report. Note: Please refresh the page if the status is not updated within 5 mins.
Missing or incorrect earnings and payments
If you are unable to locate a payment or transaction details, check if the correct filters have been applied. Some program names have changed which may require multiple selections (e.g. CSP 1T Direct Partner, CSP Direct Bill Partner).
Note: filters may be still be applied from previous sessions. Click Clear all to remove filters. Re-apply filters if needed.
