If this policy is disabled, any user is required to press CTRL +ALT +DEL before logging on to Windows (unless they are using a smart card for Windows logon).On the other hand if this policy is enabled a user is not required to press CTRL +ALT +DEL to log on, but this leaves users susceptible to attacks.
2.In the Run menu, type-control userpasswords2 and click OK or, press the Enter key.
3.Click the Advanced tab.
4.Put a tick mark against the box with a dialog Require users to press Ctrl + Alt +Delete under Secure logon.
5.Click OK or, Apply.
6 Restart computer.
