FIX: "The connection with the server was terminated abnormally. Error -2147012866" error message in Windows 2000 Service Pack 3


In Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 3, when you run an application that uses WinHTTP services and the POST method, you may receive the following error message occasionally:
"The connection with the server was terminated abnormally. Error -2147012866"
