In Report Writer (Tools - Customize) , choose the Tables icon at the top of the window and select the RM_Customer_Master_Address. 2. Choose the Open button, followed by Relationships , then New . 3. Choose RM Customer Master for the Secondary Table and select Key 1. 4. Select Customer Number from the drop down. 5. Save changes and close windows. 6. Select the Tables icon at the top of the window and select the RM_Customer_Master. 7. Choose the Open button, followed by Relationships , then New . 8. Select Record Notes Master for the Secondary Table and select Key 1 . 9. Select Note Index from the drop down. 10. Save changes and close the window. 11.
