Let me fix it myself

- Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
- Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\WinHttp
- On the Edit menu, point to
New, and then click DWORD Value.
- In the details pane, type
TcpAutoTuning, and then press ENTER.
- Right-click TcpAutoTuning, and then click
- In the Edit DWORD Value dialog box, click
Decimal under Base.
- In the Value data box, type
1, and then click OK.
- Exit Registry Editor.
- Restart the computer.
