Transaction support within the specified file system resource manager is not started or was shutdown due to an error. (0x80071A91)
This issue occurs if the Windows file system transaction log is corrupted. The Windows file system uses the transaction log to recover system transactions when a file error occurs.

- This wizard is temporarily in English only. However, the automatic fix also works for other language versions of Windows.
- If you are not on the computer that has the problem, you can save the automatic fix to a flash drive or to a CD, and then you can run it on the computer that has the problem.
- Click Start, type
cmd in the Start Search box, and then right-click cmd in the Programslist.
- Click Run as administrator, and then click
