958062 Quick Access Toolbar files for 2007 Office applications do not roam with your profile on a Windows XP-based computer

BUG #: 19140 (OfficeQFE)This hotfix fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

A 2007 Office application may stop responding when you programmatically create and then delete a GUI object many times.

Note This hotfix will apply without error if the following security bulletin has been installed:
955047 MS08-055: Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office could allow remote code execution

However, it will not update MSO.DLL. In this scenario, we recommend that you install a more recent hotfix that contains both the security update and this change, such as the following:
