- Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for SWIFT 2008 Message Pack
- Hotfix 959067 or hotfix 959143 must be installed before you install hotfix 960912 to correctly validate the MT564 message type.

After you apply the hotfix that this article describes, MT564 messages allow for repetitive fields. This allows for the new OPST qualifier that is added to field 12a to be processed correctly. The addition of the OPST qualifier to the already available CLAS qualifier makes field 12a a repetitive field. The CLAS qualifier and the OPST qualifier are not mutually exclusive.
