- A software update package is deployed to a Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 RTM client.
- Updates in this package require you to restart the computer to complete the installation process. The system restart is not suppressed.
- When the updates are installed on this client, a notification window that appears reports that the system will be restarted within some time, such as an hour.
- After the updates are installed but before the computer restarts, another program is deployed to this client. The Suppress program notification option is selected for this update.
Additionally, the following error is repeatedly logged the Execmgr.log file:
