Symptom



•             Migrations where ether the source or destination DC run the W2K8 OS take 3x longer than migrations between pre-W2K8 source & destination DC’s.


•             Migrations where both the source & and destination DC run the W2K8 OS take 6x longer than migrations between pre-W2K8 source and destination DC’s.

Performance problems caused by TCP delays are incurred while sending out interim responses in the W2K8 R2 RDR.
