Problem description

In the German version of Windows Vista or Windows 7, when you type "C:\Programme" in the address bar and then press Enter, you will receive an access denied message that resembles the following:

Auf C:\Programme kann nicht zugegriffen werden.

Zugriff verweigert

Note "C:\Programme" is the equivalent folder for the "C:\Program Files" folder on German language Windows operating systems.

However, if you type "C:\Programme\Windows NT" in the address bar and then press Enter, the folder appears as expected.
