Consider the following sceneario:
- A display name of a user in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment contains Hebrew characters and English characters.
- You apply Update Rollup 7 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or a later version on an Exchange Server 2007 server.
- The user sends a message, and then the recipient tries to reply to this message.
This issue occurs because the display name is broken into multiple parts during the encoding process in the scenario that is described in the “Symptoms” section.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
