Policy Registry Entries (Default User)

This article outlines the locations and values for registry entries thatare written to a Windows NT workstation or Windows NT server when theadministrator makes modifications via the System Policy Editor. To run thisapplication, select Start\Programs\AdministrativeTools(Common)\SystemPolicy Editor. Knowing the location of these registry settings will assistyou in troubleshooting problems. This article is specific to the optionsfound in the <User> section of the System Policy Editor. The format for theinformation below is:

(1st line)   The location in the System Policy Editor being described(2nd line)   Key: <path to subkey where values will be located>(indented text)   One or more values that will appear for a given subkey                  and their descriptions under System Policy Editor.
