Internet Explorer window may not open maximized

SYMPTOMS
The Internet Explorer window size is set upon opening to the same size aswhen it was last closed. If you minimize Internet Explorer (click Minimizeon the System menu [globe icon on the left of the Internet Explorer titlebar]), right-click the Internet Explorer button on the taskbar, and thenclick Close on the menu that appears, Internet Explorer may open in asmaller window.
RESOLUTION
You can change the Internet Explorer window back to the preferred size byusing either of the following methods:

Maximize the Internet Explorer Window

To maximize the Internet Explorer window, click Maximize on the Systemmenu (globe on the left of the Internet Explorer title bar).

Resize the Internet Explorer Window

To resize the Internet Explorer window, move the mouse pointer to thelower-right corner of the Internet Explorer window, and then drag thewindow until it is the size you want.

Once the Internet Explorer window is the size you want, quit and restartInternet Explorer.
