FIX: Memory Leak When Calling UserConnection Query Event

Repeatedly running queries on UserConnections that use the ODBC cursorlibrary causes a memory leak. This problem does not occur when using theother available cursor libraries.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listedat the beginning of this article. This bug has been corrected in version3.00.2301 of the file odbccr32.dll that is included in Visual Studio 97Service Pack 1.
