File Transfer Over Local Area Network Is Slow in Windows 95

When you transfer a file to another conference member over a local areanetwork (LAN) from a Windows 95-based computer, the transfer may seem totake a long time.
To resolve this issue, install the latest version of NetMeeting.

To work around this problem, copy the file from your local computer tothe remote computer without using NetMeeting. For information on how todo this, contact your network administrator, or click Start, and thenclick Help. Type "LAN computers" in the "Type the first few letters ofthe word you are looking for" box, and then click Display.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft NetMeetingversion 2.0.
