WD97: Autoexec Macro Runs Twice When Reference Is Added

In Microsoft Word 97 for Windows, if you have an Autoexec macro thatcontains code that programmatically adds a reference using VBA, theAutoexec macro will run twice when executed.
To correct this problem, obtain Microsoft Word 97 Service Release 2(SR-2).
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft productslisted at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected inMicrosoft Office 97 Service Release 2 (SR-2).
