File Permissions Do Not Change After File Copy
NOTE: In addition to changing the default behavior back to the Windows NT default when you copy a file (NTFS file system permissions are not copied with the file), Internet Explorer 4.01 provides a new registry value (ForceCopyAclwithFile) so you can revert to the Internet Explorer 4.0 default (NTFS file system permissions are copied with the file).
