When you start Outlook Express, you may receive either of the following errormessages:
Internet Explorer cannot find the file c:\progra~1\intern~1\signup\infopane.htm.
Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://services.msn.com/infopane/default.asp. The site was not found.
When you close the error message, you can then use Outlook Express.
To resolve this issue, use the appropriate method:
In Outlook Express, click Layout on the View menu.
Click the Use Preview Pane check box to clear it.
