Filesystem Filter Drivers May Unload Unexpectedly

Filesystem filter drivers attached to the filesystem recognizer at startupmay be unloaded prematurely.
Under certain conditions, when you attempt to load the real filesystem, theI/O manager incorrectly selects the device to unload.
