Last Day of the Month Reverts Back to the First Day of the Same Month

Symptoms
As the Date/Time utility attempts to change the date from the last day ofthe month to the first day of the following month, it displays the firstday of the current month instead. For example, instead of displayingFebruary 1, 2000, one day after the date was January 31, 2000, theDate/Time utility reports the date as January 1, 2000.
Cause
This problem occurs if the Date/Time utility in Control Panel is open aftermidnight on the last day of the month and the Month field is selected.
Resolution
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft,but has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only tosystems experiencing this specific problem.
