New Internet Explorer Window Opens Partially Off the Screen

When you open a new window in Internet Explorer, the window may open atthe edge of the screen. When this occurs, only a small section of the newwindow may be visible on the screen.
This behavior can occur if registry values for Internet Explorer areincorrect or damaged.
WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

To resolve this issue, use Registry Editor to remove the followingInternet Explorer registry values, and then restart your computer:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\window_placement

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\oldWorkAreas\OldWorkAreaRects
