This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate or Workgroup" if you have the Corporate or Workgroup installation.

If you run Novell GroupWise and Microsoft Outlook on the same computer, they must have different user profiles and must not be open at the same time.
GroupWise and Outlook use the same Windows messaging profile service, but they cannot successfully share the same profile, and they cannot be open at the same time.
Before installing GroupWise, select the Outlook option to "Prompt for a profile to be used."

To set the default profile to start GroupWise, follow these steps:
