On the Start menu, point to Programs, and then click Microsoft FrontPage.
On the File menu, point to New and then click Web.
In the New dialog box, select the type of web you want.
NOTE: If you choose a wizard, the wizard will prompt you to answer a series of questions about your new web. If you choose "One page web" or a template, your web will be created without any further prompting.
Under "Specify the location of the new web:", enter the new location of your FrontPage web.
NOTE: If you do not have a local Web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions, a disk-based web will be created.
For more information about server extensions, click Microsoft FrontPage Help on the Help menu, type server extensions in the Answer Wizard, and then click Search to view the topic.
