Expression Web 3 with Service Pack 1 crashes with the below or similar error message, when opening or editing a web page or cascading style sheet (CSS):

The issue may occur in the following scenarios:
1) You open a web page or cascading style sheet (CSS) file that contains a style similar to the one below.
2) You add a style that uses the list-style-image CSS property to an existing web page or cascading style sheet (CSS) file.
