If you have the Corporate or Workgroup installation, you see "Corporate or Workgroup".
While attempting to start Outlook after configuring a profile to work with a cc:Mail post office, you may receive the following errors
The extension configuration file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Addins\ccmxp.ecf" could not be installed. There is an error in the syntax or format of the file. Error in configuration file "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Addins\ccmxp.ecf." Unable to load "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Map...." You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.
The file addin "ccmxp.ecf" is missing or is not valid. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.
When you add "MS Outlook Support for Lotus cc:Mail" you may receive the following error:
The add-in "ccmxp32.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Map...". You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.
Running the Microsoft Office 2000 Detect and Repair feature does not affect the behavior.
Neither Lotus Vendor Independent Messaging (VIM) support, nor cc:Mail configuration files and utilities are installed on the computer.
To resolve the series of error messages referenced in the Symptoms section above, you should obtain and install the most recent 32-bit VIM libraries from Lotus. These file are available for download at the Lotus Support Web site. In addition, the Export.exe, Import.exe, and Ie.ri files should be copied to the System folder if you are using Microsoft Windows 95 or Windows 98, or System32 folder if you are using Microsoft Windows NT 4.0. These files are normally stored in the Ccadmin folder on the cc:Mail post office server.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 2000.
In addition to the errors referenced in the Symptoms section above, attempting to view the Properties of the cc:Mail service in the profile may return the following error:
The action could not be completed. The .dll file for the information service could not be loaded.
