The Microsoft Commercial Internet System (MCIS) version 2.0 SMTPSVC service on a computer running Windows NT version 4.0 Service Pack 4 may strip the message body when a message contains bcc information.
The message body is only stripped if the bcc information immediately precedes the message body contents.
