Hotfix Data Written After Unsuccessful Non-Cached Read

When a non-cached read request is unsuccessful on an NTFS partition that uses Windows NT disk-mirroring, the Windows NT fault tolerant disk driver may write hotfix data (0xFF) to the partition.
