Duplicate Services in Profile
With two exceptions, Messaging Information Application Interface (MAPI) services can only be added to a profile once. The Internet Mail service and the Personal Folder service can be added multiple times.

Improperly Configured cc:Mail Profile
The referenced error occurs when you attempt to configure an Outlook profile to send and receive mail using a cc:Mail post office without the required Lotus Vendor Independent Messaging (VIM) support files. These files are not supplied by Microsoft. Certain files are available as a download from the Lotus Web site, while others are available from the cc:Mail post office server installation.NOTE
: Lotus recommends that the latest VIM distribution be used.

Linking a File to a Contact from Word
When you use the Address Book icon in the Word Envelopes and Labels dialog box to display a Contact form and then try to link a file to that contact, you receive a series of fatal errors which terminates with the error described above.
