When attempting to add a new Active Server Pages (ASP) page to the current Visual InterDev project, the ASP page is added to a "Miscellaneous Files" project and cannot be dragged and dropped into the current Visual InterDev project.
The new ASP page was added using the New File command from the File menu instead of Add Item from the Project menu, or Add Web Item from the Project menu.
Install Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 3.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
