You cannot prevent a Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007 user from using some modalities in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007. These are modalities which causes content to be stored on the Office Communications Server server.
To fix this problem, install the following cumulative update:
2029026 Description of the update package for the Windows-based Live Meeting 2007 client: July 2010

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
After you install the update, the following modalities can be enabled or disabled by the Administrator of the conference center:
  1. Attendee annotations
  2. Handouts
  3. Question & Answer
  4. Presenter shared notes
  5. Text page
  6. White board
  7. Web page
  8. Screen snapshot
  9. Poll page
  10. Slide upload
  11. Recording expiration (This modality will be hidden if all the previous modalities are disabled)
To enable or to disable the modalities that are described here, you must apply a policy to the Conference Center. Contact your sales representative for more information about this policy.
