The created time and the modified time of an attachment are incorrect when you save an email message on an Exchange Server 2007 mailbox

In a Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 environment, you save an attachment of an email message by using the "Save as" menu in Microsoft Office Outlook. In this situation, the created time of the attachment and the modified time of the attachment are incorrect.
This issue occurs because Outlook uses the created time and the modified time without the time zone to save an attachment when an email message is in MIME type. However, Exchange Server 2007 uses the local time with the time zone.
To resolve this problem, install the following update rollup:
2407025 Description of Update Rollup 2 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 3
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
