Description of the Office Excel 2007 hotfix package (xlconv-x-none.msp, mso-x-none.msp, graph-x-none.msp, excel-x-none.msp): December 14, 2010

This article describes the Microsoft Office Excel 2007 issue that is fixed in the hotfix package that is dated December 14, 2010.

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • You type some strings or some numeric values that contain a comma (,) character in a data validation list in a Microsoft Office Excel 2007 workbook. Then, you save the workbook in an Open XML file format and then reopen the workbook. In this situation, the comma is replaced by a list separator.
