BUG #: 56738 (SQLBUG_70)
When the default to local cursor option is set for a database, creating a new database user from Enterprise Manager may fail with the following cursor error:
Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC SQL State: 34000) Error 16916: The Cursor with the name 'hCForEachLogin' does not exist.
Turn off the Default to Local Cursor dboption on the database that reports the error.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server 7.0. This problem has been corrected in U.S. Service Pack 2 for Microsoft SQL Server 7.0. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
