Microsoft Outlook becomes unresponsive when you synchronize an email message that contains a large attachment to a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server

SYMPTOMS
Assume that you have an email message that contains a large attachment in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. When you synchronize the email message to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server, Microsoft Outlook becomes unresponsive for several minutes.
RESOLUTION
