FIX: Error message when you disable the anonymous account on the server in a Host Integration Server 2010 environment and impersonate Windows Communication Foundation Transaction Integrator Windows-initiated processing calls from a .NET client application

In a Microsoft Host Integration Server 2010 environment, you impersonate Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Transaction Integrator (TI) Windows-initiated processing (WIP) calls from a .NET client application. When you disable the anonymous account on the server, you receive the following error message:
Security settings for this service require 'Anonymous' Authentication but it is not enabled for the IIS application that hosts this service.
To resolve this problem, apply this hotfix. This hotfix makes a change to TI Designer to include the OperationBehavior(Impersonation = ImpersonationOption.Allowed) attribute when you impersonate WIP calls from the .NET client application.
