INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

Consider the following scenario:

  • You connect Microsoft Office Project 2007 to a Project server.

  • You have two monitors installed on your computer.

  • Your secondary monitor is positioned on the left side of your primary monitor.

  • The Project 2007 window displays in the secondary monitor.

  • You open a project plan in Project 2007, and then you perform some changes in the project plan.

  • You close the project plan, and then you click OK when you are prompted to save and check in the project plan.


In this scenario, Project 2007 crashes.

Resolution

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problems that are described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problems described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
