A Live Meeting conference invitation may be stuck in the Outbox folder if you select one of the recipients from the nickname cache in Outlook
Consider the following scenario:
- You create a Microsoft Live Meeting conference invitation in Outlook on a computer that has the Conferencing Add-in for Office Outlook installed.
- You select one of the recipients from the nickname cache.
Note This recipient previously sent signed email messages or encrypted email messages to you.
- You click Send.
In this scenario, the invitation may be stuck in the Outbox folder.
This issue occurs because the PR_USER_X509_CERTIFICATE property is formatted incorrectly in the nickname cache in the scenario that is described in the “Symptoms” section.
To fix this problem, install the following cumulative update:
Description of the update for the Live Meeting Conferencing Add-in for Outlook: February, 2011
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
