When you run Outlook using Microsoft Windows NT Terminal Server Edition, and you attempt to Print, you may receive an error message saying that there is no printer driver installed. The error message tells you to install a printer driver from the Printers folder in the Control Panel. As a user or guest you cannot install a printer.
You must have administrator permissions to install a printer if no printers are already installed.
Contact your Windows Terminal Server administrator to add a printer.
