When you try to use Internet Download Manager from Tonec, Inc. together with Windows Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer crashes.

Method 1: Update to the latest version of Internet Download Manager
Some versions of Internet Download Manager are incompatible with Internet Explorer 9. Update to the latest version of Internet Download Manager to fix the compatibility issue. To obtain the latest version of Internet Download Manager, go to the following website:

Method 2: Disable the Internet Download Manager
To disable the Internet Download Manager, follow these steps:
Close all Internet Explorer windows.

Note Internet Download Manager may not work correctly when the add-in is disabled.
