Microsoft has released an update for Microsoft Office 2010. This update provides the latest fix for the 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Office 2010. Additionally, this update contains stability and performance improvements.
Issue that this update fixes
When you open an OpenDocument Text file (.odt file) in an Office 2010 application, some content that is saved in the .odt file is not displayed. For example, equations, shapes, pictures, text boxes, and content controls are not displayed.
This update does not replace any previously released update.

How to uninstall this update
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type Appwiz.cpl, and then click OK.
Use one of the following procedures, depending on the operating system that you are running.
Windows 7 and Windows Vista
Click View installed updates.
In the list of updates, locate and click update 2589375, and then click Uninstall.
Click to select the Show updates check box.
In the list of updates, locate and click update 2589375, and then click Remove.
