This article describes how to print contacts when you use the default print styles in Outlook.
When you use Outlook, you can print your Contacts list in several different styles. These styles include Card, Small Booklet, Medium Booklet, Memo, Phone Directory, and Table. The styles that you see listed in the Page Setup dialog box are different for each Contact list view that you choose.
To print your Contacts list, first choose the view that is most appropriate to how you want your Contacts list to print. The following topics discuss which print styles are available with each view of your Contacts list.
Card, Small Booklet, Medium Booklet, and Phone DirectoryThe Card, Small Booklet, Medium Booklet, and Phone Directory styles are available in both the Address Cards view and the Detailed Address Cards view.
