Touch calibration may not work correctly when display is in partial scaling mode

When changing Windows display resolution settings or display ratio to a partial scaling mode (non-expanded view) display touch coordinates will be misaligned.

1.       Changing the Windows display resolution setting to centered mode will stretch the display area to fit entire viewable area on the screen

2.       Run Touch calibration under Tablet PC setting in Control Panel
